Why the UTSC?

  • The way this program is built, and the nature of each workout places a unique type of stress on your body. This type differs from normal exercise activities like weight training and cardio conditioning.

  • Time efficient: This program is perfect for people with busy schedule. Maximum results in minimum time. An average of 45 minutes per workout, 3 times a week.

  • 3 Types of Circuit: You will be doing Repetition Circuits, Timed Circuits and Competition Circuits. Each of these circuits will challenge your limits in both Strength and Endurance and maximally stimulates the EPOC* effect.

  • This is going to be a Challenging 8 weeks; it is going to push you to your thresholds both mentally and physically. the UTSC is a tough program even for advanced athletes!
