I have had an interest in Sports and Fitness since I was 8 years old. This interest quickly developed into a passion and since then, I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient methods to build muscle mass and lose body fat through training and nutrition.


This journey developed into a career in 2001 and since then, I have worked with an array of clients from students, athletes and bodybuilders to elderly and terminally ill, both female and male.


The skills I have developed along with my natural ability to coach and motivate people to understand my strategies and trust in my training methods allowed me to apply effective training programs, pinpoint on the necessary changes needed in the clients current lifestyle, nutritional habits and give sufficient key tips to obtain amazing results.


I currently live in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates where i design my training programs and produce informative workout videos.
